Soft Tissue Therapist
Personalised health tools and rehabilitation-based exercise advice to feel confident move freely
Treatment centred around the individual.
I'm passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to doing the things they enjoy. Whether you're dealing with persistent pain, a sports injury, or muscle tension, I take an individual approach to treatment, focusing not only on relieving your symptoms but also on addressing the underlying cause.
During your appointment, I'll take the time to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. I may then assess your movement and how your body is functioning to build a clearer picture of what may be contributing to your pain or dysfunction.
Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may include:
Deep Tissue Massage
Soft Tissue Release (STR)
Muscle Energy Techniques (MET)
Neuromuscular Techniques (NMT)
Connective Tissue Techniques
Positional Release Techniques
At the end of your session, I'll explain what I've found, discuss the next steps, and create a treatment plan designed to help you achieve lasting results.
My goal is for you to leave your appointment not only feeling better, but with a greater understanding of your body and the knowledge and confidence to support your recovery long after you've left the clinic.

A Passion for Sport
Sport has always been a central part of my life, and I continue to play both rugby and football. My own experience of training, competing and recovering from injury has given me a particular passion for helping athletes and active people of all abilities—from those playing competitive sport to those training for their first race, enjoying weekend football, or simply wanting to stay active without pain.
Experience & Expertise
After studying Sport and Exercise Science at Canterbury Christ Church University and qualifying with a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, I gained experience supporting athletes at Oxford University Rugby Football Club, helping players recover from injury and return to sport safely and confidently.
Ongoing Support
Whether you need support recovering from injury, returning to competition, staying fit throughout the season, or preparing for your next challenge, I provide personalised treatment and rehabilitation tailored to your goals. By combining hands-on therapy, movement assessment and progressive rehabilitation, my aim is to help you recover effectively, perform at your best, and reduce the risk of future injury.
